What we collect
We only collect what you enter into one of our forms yourself, plus anonymous visit statistics. The site runs no advertising trackers.
- Quote request in the configurator
- Your name, email address, phone number, postal code and an optional note, together with the worktop design you built and the price range calculated for it. Until you send the request the design stays in your browser only — it never reaches our server.
- Job application
- First name, last name, email address, phone number, the position you are applying for, an optional cover note and your CV file (plus any other documents you attach). Files are held in private storage that only our staff can open.
- Review
- Your rating, the review text and the name you want shown. Reviews can also be left anonymously. We publish them only after checking them.
- The “See it in your kitchen” visualisation
- The photo of your room that you upload. It is sent to our AI provider to generate the image and is not used to train models. We keep the photo only if you go on to submit a quote request.
- Visit statistics
- When you visit the site, Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights anonymously record the page you opened, the site you arrived from, your country and city, device type, operating system, browser, and how quickly the page loaded. No cookies are used, and the record is not tied to your IP address or to any individual. The admin area is not recorded, and the link to your configurator design is stripped from the address.
Why we process it
We use your data only for the reason you gave it to us:
- to prepare and send a quote and to talk to you about your project;
- to consider your job application;
- to check and publish your review;
- to generate the visualisation you asked for.
Legal basis
We process personal data under Article 6 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
- quote requests — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b));
- job applications, reviews and visualisations — your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), which you may withdraw at any time;
- keeping the site secure and working, and anonymous visit statistics — our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)).
How long we keep it
We keep data for as long as the purpose it was given for requires:
- quote requests and job applications are kept until you ask us to delete them, or until they are no longer needed;
- published reviews stay on the site until you ask us to take them down;
- a design you build in the configurator is deleted from your browser automatically after three hours.
Once the original reason for holding your data no longer applies, we delete it within three months at the latest — unless we are required to keep it longer by law (for accounting or legal proceedings, for example).
You can ask us to delete your data at any time using the email address below.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data and never pass it on for advertising. It is handled only by these service providers:
- Vercel — website hosting and anonymous visit statistics;
- Supabase — database and file storage;
- Resend — sending email notifications;
- Google — only to generate the visualisation image, and for the embedded map on the Contact page.
The Google map embedded on the Contact page loads from Google's servers and may set its own cookies.
Transfers outside the EU
We do not plan to transfer your data outside the European Union or the European Economic Area, and we do not pass it to any international organisation.
Some of our service providers are international companies, however, and the embedded Google map on the contacts page loads from Google servers. For those services we cannot guarantee that data is not processed outside the EU or EEA.
Your rights
In relation to your data you have the right to:
- access your data and receive a copy of it;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- ask for your data to be deleted;
- restrict or object to processing;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw your consent where the processing relies on it.
You can make a request in person at our registered address (bringing photo ID), by post, or by email signed with a secure electronic signature. We answer within one month of receiving it.
If you believe your data has been handled incorrectly, you may contact the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (www.dvi.gov.lv).
Cookies
The site uses no advertising cookies, and the visit statistics use no cookies at all. We only use what the site needs in order to work:
- a language cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) that remembers the language you chose;
- administrator sign-in cookies — for our staff only;
- browser local storage holding your motion setting, your unit preference and any unsent configurator design.
This is stored by your browser and you can clear it in your browser settings.
Questions about your data
Write to us — we answer any question about the data we hold.
